It's Lively.

Finally, we can say it. X-Ray Kid is the team that was recruited by Google to establish the visual style and aesthetic direction for Google's first foray into the content space with the newly launched social beta called Lively.

It's been 2 years of work, dozens of original character designs, each with hundreds of unique animations, thousands of clothing variations and original sound content. In addition, we also produced numerous themed environments, hundreds of objects, animated room buddies, and the list goes on.

The folks at Google have been fantastic in their support of us. We were given license to do what we do best, and they also fed us quite well along the way! :)

We're thrilled that Lively is finally public, and we hope fans will enjoy the visuals and content design as much as we enjoyed producing it. 2 years of work obviously yields a TON of artwork, and we've posted a small sample of it to the XRK work gallery.

Of course, signing up for Lively is easy. All you need is a Google account. Just go to www.lively.com and check it out!!
